Adding DoD certs to Mac

How to fix it
Boot to Recovery and run Disk Utility → First Aid on your system disk. Then in Finder go to ~/Library/Keychains, move the folder to your Desktop, reboot, and reinstall DoD certs using the macOS All Certs Bundle (.pkg).
