"Your Common Access Card (CAC) is invalid, and may be revoked or expired."
How to fix it
Try again the next business day in case it's a transient revocation-list sync issue. If it persists, visit your nearest ID card / RAPIDS office to have the card re-issued. Bring two forms of ID.
