Cannot activate PIV on Mac, Linux, or Chrome

Add https://pki.dmdc.osd.mil, https://www.dmdc.osd.mil, and https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil to Control Panel > Java > Security > Edit Site List. 5. Go to https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/self_service and complete activation.
