Cannot read encrypted email in mail.mil OWA

1. Add https://*.mail.mil to IE Trusted Sites first. 2. Open mail.mil in 32-bit IE only (NOT Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or any 64-bit IE). 3. Options > See All Options > Settings > S/MIME > 'download the S/MIME control'. 4. If the S/MIME page does not appear, uncheck the 'blind and low vision experience' under Accessibility. 5. Tools > Safety > make sure ActiveX Filtering is OFF. 6. Verify your @mail.mil address on the CAC at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/self_service. 7.
