Installing DoD certs into Firefox on Mac

Symptoms
Firefox on Mac will not present a CAC cert because the DoD certs are not in Firefox's own NSS store.
Likely cause
Firefox keeps its own cert DB separate from the system keychain.
Fix
Semi-automated:
1. Download AllCerts.zip from militarycac.com and unzip it.
2. Select all certs in the folder.
3. Control-click > Open With > Other > set Enable to All Applications > pick Firefox.
4. Firefox opens a tab per cert; tick all three trust boxes on each.
Manual:
1. Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Certificates > View Certificates > Authorities > Import.
2. Add each cert in turn.
After installing all certs: Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now; quit and reopen Firefox.
