Symptoms
Browser keeps picking an old cert from a prior CAC.
Likely cause
Personal certificate store still holds the old certs.
Fix
1. IE > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates > Personal tab.
2. Select expired / unwanted entries and Remove.
3. Repeat for Other People and Intermediate Certification Authorities if needed.
4. Eject and reinsert CAC to repopulate.
