Firefox does not see the CAC at all

Symptoms
Firefox prompts no certificate, or no security device is listed for the CAC.
Likely cause
Firefox does not consume the OS cert store; it needs the CAC PKCS#11 module loaded explicitly.
Fix
1. Install your middleware (ActivClient 7.1.0.153 on Windows, OpenSC on Mac/Linux).
2. Firefox > Settings > Privacy & Security > Certificates > Security Devices > Load.
3. Module name: 'CAC Module'.
4. Module file path:
- Windows ActivClient 32-bit Firefox: C:\Program Files (x86)\HID Global\ActivClient\acpkcs211.dll
- Windows ActivClient 64-bit Firefox: C:\Program Files\HID Global\ActivClient\acpkcs211.dll
- Linux 64-bit CoolKey: /usr/lib64/libcoolkeypk11.so
- Linux 32-bit CoolKey: /usr/lib/libcoolkeypk11.so

5. Click OK.
