Enterprise Email or another DoD site refuses login with an F5 session error.

Likely cause

Old session/cached cert is being reused; on Dual Persona users the PIV cert may not be exposed.

Fix

Windows: 1. Apply the IE configuration guide. 2. If Dual Persona, expose the PIV certificate per militarycac.com/PIV.htm. Mac: 1. Clear the keychain login entries for the failing site (Keychain Access > login > delete Identity Preferences for the host). 2. Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove the site. 3. Retry and select the Authentication certificate.
