Symptoms
DTS shows the login page but the user cannot proceed.
Likely cause
64-bit Internet Explorer cannot run the DTS authentication ActiveX/Java pieces.
Fix
1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\.
2. Double-click iexplore.exe (the ~622KB 32-bit copy).
3. Pin or shortcut that 32-bit IE to your desktop.
4. Use it for DTS.
