Symptoms
Meetings and message timestamps display in Zulu rather than your local time zone.
Likely cause
Default time zone was left at UTC during first sign-in.
Fix
1. Open https://webmail.apps.mil.
2. Click the gear icon (top right).
3. Click 'View all Outlook settings'.
4. General > Language and time.
5. Change 'Current time zone' to your local zone.
6. Click Save.
